How to Submit a Public Information Request

The City of Granby offers several convenient ways to submit a public information request:

1. Hand Delivery or Mail

  • Request a Public Information Request form from City Hall.

  • Complete the form and either hand deliver or mail it to City Hall.

2. Written Form

  • Submit your request in any written form, including email, fax, or letter, to any City employee.

Good to Know:

  • While it is highly recommended to submit requests in writing, it is not legally required according to the Missouri Attorney General’s office.

  • Completed forms must be returned in person to City Hall to be properly date and time stamped, as required by Missouri Sunshine Law.
