How to Submit a Public Information Request
The City of Granby offers several convenient ways to submit a public information request:
1. Hand Delivery or Mail

Request a Public Information Request form from City Hall.

Complete the form and either hand deliver or mail it to City Hall.
2. Written Form

Submit your request in any written form, including email, fax, or letter, to any City employee.
Good to Know:

While it is highly recommended to submit requests in writing, it is not legally required according to the Missouri Attorney General’s office.

Completed forms must be returned in person to City Hall to be properly date and time stamped, as required by Missouri Sunshine Law.
