Meter Reading

City workers will read your meters in accordance with billing cycles. You are not required to provide a reading unless a problem occurs.

All meters (gas, water, electric) are required, by law, to be easily accessible to meter readers. If a meter reader cannot get to your meter, a notice will be left on the door. If subsequent readings are also inaccessible, you may be assessed a summons and/or a fine.
